This is a UEFA B Licence Warm-Up which will look at the movements and Build up play requried for the subsequent Crossing & Finishing Session.

Set-Up - Diamond of markers.

Players placed evenly around the markers.

Drill - Play starts at the bottom marker. Ball is moved in an anti-clockwise fashion. The first pass is a bounce pass to the next player. As the ball is bounced back the player recieves the a through ball to play another bounce pass to the next marker. Only until the last marker there is a difference in the pass required, a longer through ball into space for the last player to run onto is required.

Progression - The longer through ball pass is played much earlier in the sequence and is disguised by the player for a full impact. This changes the movemnets made by the players.
