Instructions: Taggers have 30 seconds to tag all players
If taggers catch a player then they must stand with feet apart to make a tunnel and call for help
To be freed, another player must crawl through their tunnel and out the other side
Coaching Points: -head up
-change speed/direction
Progressions: P- make area smaller
R-reduce number of taggers
Organization: open area
4 players
4 balls(1 ball per player)
Instructions: Players are in competition to get the highest juggling score
Players are only allowed to use their laces and the ball must go above the head
Players are not allowed to spin the ball(backspin)
Ball is not allowed to bounce
Coaching Points: -on toes/stay in line with ball
-lock ankle
-contact on foot-laces
Progressions: P-sit down and juggle
R-ball is allowed to bounce once
Organization: 20 yards by 20 yards

Instructions: Somebody has let all the dogs(players) out
It is the dog catchers(Coach) responsbility to catch(Tag) all the dogs(players)
If the Dog Catcher catches you, you become a Dog Catcher too
Dogs must dribble their ball from one safe zone(end line) to the other
The game starts each time by the coaching asking who let the dogs out?
Coaching Points: -keep the ball close
-Head Up to observe where the Dog Catcher is
-Head down when dribbling your ball
Progressions:P-Start with multiple dog catchers
R-Dog Catcher can only tag you by tagging your ball
Organization:20 by 20 area with 5 by 5 area set up as shown

Instructions: Players have to dribble through as many gates as they can in a set time
Players are not allowed to go through same gate twice
When time is up, players must get back to the cave as quickly as they can
On the next game, players have to beat their score from previous game
Coaching Points: -keep the ball close as you can
-watch out for other players
-look up to see open gate
-use different parts of your feet
Progressions: P-players go through gate, turn, and come back through same gate
R- make gates wider
Organization: 15 by 15 area
4 players
1 ball per player
additional ball on the outside
Instructions: Each player is number 1-4
all players must dribble around in area till number is called
the player whose number is called must dribble around one of the corner cones and get back to the middle
all players must follow with the last one back losing a life
players have three lives
Coaching Points: -head up
-control of the ball
-take bigger touches when in open space
-use correct surface of the foot
Progressions: P- players can knock each others ball away when racing back to the middle
R- shorten the size of the area
Organization: two 20 by 20 areas
4 teams of 3 (12 players)
1 ball per game(additional on the outside)
Instructions: teams play small sided games
ball goes out of bounds, ball is played back in by coach
no corner kicks
when a goal is scored, scoring team must get back and all players on that team must touch their goal before being allowed to defend
play for a set period of time and then alternate teams
