split the group in 1/2
Blue must find a Blue team mate in the box with the ball. (or you can have them on the line)
Game 1 in the air and it must be caught. Then the blue from in the box joins into the game. Until all players are on the field.
Game 2 the ball must be played in from a one touch pass.
Game 3 the ball must be played in the air into the box from a 1 touch pass (head volley chest thigh)
(Very good for coaching quick passes forward, long balls, and more)
Each yellow target is holding a bib the color of the two teams in the middle in each hand.
If a red passes to a target and gets the ball back then the target drops a blue bib. Reds win when all of the targets are holding a red bib in hand.
If blue wins possesions and find a target that has dropped a blue bib then they will drop the red bib and pick up the Blue bib.
(This game is good for the players to be looking around and trying to think ahead. Also many other coaching points)
Like 1/2 court basket ball
Red team is going to goall. If they score they jog back and get a ball at the 1/2 or from a server and continue to go to goal. If blue wins possesion they must stop the ball on the sideline or line farthest from the goal. As soon as they do that they become the attacking team and the Reds are defending the goal and must stop it on the outside line to go to goal.
(This game will have some very quick transitions and oppurtunities for coaching points.)
Red Team must find an outside red player and go to goal for that player that is played on to stay on the field. if they do not score and lose possesion the player played on must go back off the field. If blue team wins the ball they must find any of the blue bumpers and have them step on the field and scored then that player can stay on. A team can find multiple players to come on the field in one possesion but if a goal is scored the first player played on will stay on. The team with all players on the field and then score a goal win.
We can do 2 games or one.
2 games could be 3 v 3 with 3 bumpers off?
