Activity:
3 defenders go over to the other grid to play 5v3.
Play 2 minute games.
Score by connecting 5 passes AND successfully switching to new zone.
Keep running score.
If defense wins ball, give back and start back at 0.

+ 1 touch if you can, 2 touch usually, 3 touch if you must
+ Cues of when to move to new grid: Connected 3/4 passes, time & space for player on ball

Teams combine to switch the ball from side to side. No defense.

+ 6/8/10 filling the 4 squares of central MF (ball in 1 square, fill the other 3)

Activity:
12 Possessions total. Each team gets 6 possessions to try to score. Alternate team ball starts with each time ball goes out or into goalies hands. Switch sides half-way through.
Attacking team tries to score in big goal. If they go through a wide gate and score it's worth 3 points.
Defending team tries to get ball in scoring zone for 1 point.
