Quick Decisions Passing and Fitness

After Fitness we will run 3 stations and rotate the players through them. we'll have them dump their water bottles at the top of the D and we'll set up the drills around that area.

Warm Up

12 minute run. Laps around the field at their own pace. Each Player keeps track of laps. And let's me know to keep track.

Shuttle Run 5 reps rest in between.

Slow Lap around half the field with ball at feet.

Water Break. and to Activities.

4 players on outside one in the middle

Each player on the outside has 2 pinnies of different colours

One player on outside starts with the ball.

Passes it to player in the middle.

As soon as the ball is played in, the three other players raise one pinny.

Player in the middle identifies the player with the odd coloured pinny and plays the ball to him.

And repeat.

1 minute intervals before switching players in the middle

Can add a defender in the middle to make passes to center more challenging.

Play starts from Coach.

Team of three attacks one goal

Team of 2 attacks the end with 2 goals.

Team of three has 2 touch constraint.

Switch teams around.

If 3 team is struggling increase to three touch or open touches.

Played inside the penalty area. 2 defenders 2 forwards 1 neutral. Neutral is always offence.

Ball Played in from Coach

Offense is on 3 touches. Neutral included. If the team scores they retain possession. if they miss, teams switch. Rotate players through the neutral spot.

High Tempo. If it gets too easy for the offense, we can narrow the field to red lines shown or more depending on how it goes.
