defending as an individual

defending as an individual
技术训练-防守技术 U12
small sided game - conditioned

transition image

Description - small sided game with conditions, no goalkeepers can only score within red areas. 2nd condition let them play but mark man for man with a player from the opposite team. they can only tackle this player however they can shield/block/intercept/force away the other opponents.

Technical - make sure they we stay tight to our man and recover if needed, think about body position/angle/distance/speed of approach of our man, and also how we can effect others when they have the ball and we are defending i.e 21/3v2 situations

Tactical - man mark as quickly as possible when loss of possession

Physical - good cardio vascular workout

Psychological/Social - increases decision making and awareness of our opposition

Learning Objectives - to understand to mark quickly and how to defend in a variety of situations

1v1

transition image

Description - 1v1 drill to end line, ball is played by bottom player to attacker once they have played the ball they follow pass approcach attacker and defend. defender is passive at first then becomes attacker once technique is mastered. 3 goes each and then swop roles.

Technical - think about speed of approach, angle/distance away from defender and think about when we look to win the ball if possible.

Tactical - this scenario is basically a 3v2 situation as the defender can force the attacker either to the sidelines (left/right) or back the way they came. the attacker has themself or back to keep the ball in play.

Physical - good for coordination and agility

Psychological/Social - decision making and communication needed

Learning Objectives - understand how to approach attacker and how to win the ball without going to ground.

2v2

transition image

Description - 2v2 drill to end line, ball is played in from the bottom to the attackers, once played a 2v2 situation comes in, attackers play to get the ball dribbled and under control to the end line, defenders look to win it, once they have reset. 3 times each and the swop.

Technical - think about the roles of each player pressure, cover/support. force the attacker through body shape either into covering defender or out wide. defenders need to think about angle/distance/speed of approach from their opponent that they are marking.

Tactical - close down all options quickly possible and win the ball, if we cant relax be patient and try to put a foot in.

Physical - good for co ordination and agility

Psychological/Social - constant decisions to make/communication between defenders.

Learning Objectives - how to approach defenders in a 2v2 situation and take the technical aspects over to this situation, can we now use the extra defender to help us win the ball back quickly.

ssg - free play

transition image

Description - 7v7 small sided game, no conditions. add in here how we can screen if possible passes/shots so we can try and win the ball back.

Technical - can take what we have learnt from 1v1/2v2 into practice, adding in how to screen a pass - awareness of opponents and placing yourself in a position so that it is hard for the attacker to play forward.

Tactical - can we win get man marked as quickly as possible as often as possible, can we win the ball quickly to then attack.

Physical - good cardio vascular workout

Psychological/Social - increases decision making and awareness of our opposition

Learning Objectives - to understand to mark quickly and how to defend in a variety of situations
