Organization:
1. Open field space as shown
2. 12 players (6 attackers, 6 Defenders) set up as shown
3. One ball per group
Instructions:
1. The defending player starts with the ball
2. The defending player passes the ball through the legs of the attacking player who is facing in the opposite direction
3. The defending player pressures the ball but does no attempt to tackle
4. The attacker must react quickly, retrieve the ball and then beat the defender
Coaching Points:
1. Get to the ball quickly and open up to face the defender
2. 1st or 2nd touch should engage the defender to the ball
3. Observe the speed and angle of approach from the defender
4. Know when to use a fake and feints, and when to beat defender with speed
Progressions:
1. P - Defending player now attempts to win the ball
2. R - Reduce the speed of the pressing defender to a walk

Instructions:
1. Player 1 starts the activity by checking to Player 2. Defending player moves with Player 1 to apply passive pressure.
2. Player 2 passes the ball into Player 1.
3. Player 1 receives to face Defender, beats with moves and passes the ball to Player 3.
4. Player 3 dribbles the ball to starting position.
5. Rotation: P1 > P3 > P3 > P2 > D > P1
6. Play for allotted amount of time

3. Attacking players can play through the middle player or straight to end player.
4. Each game lasts for 30 seconds. Point is earned for defender if ball is won, point is earned for attacking players if ball is played successfully to end player within time.

Instructions:
1. Teams can score on any goal. Team that scored the goal gets to start with it.
2. Once a goal has been scored on a goal, the team that scored on that particular goal cannot score on it again until they have scored on another goal. IE - cannot score on the same goal twice in a row
3. All balls that go out of play are played in as a throw in.
4. Play for allotted time

1. Counter quickly on transition before opposition can organize
2. If counter is not on maintain possession
3. Maintain width and depth when attacking
4. 2nd attacker to offer support
5. 3rd attacker to play away from the ball or make attacking run in behind
6. Play at speed
