Organization:
1. 20x20 field set up as shown
2. Divide players into groups of 3, two groups per field
3. Multiple Balls
Instructions:
1. Players maintain possession and try to score points by completing passes.
2. Attacking players can have on person inside the grid as a target player, the other two players must stay outside the grid and play their passes through the grid.
3. Every successful pass counts as a point, passes made that split the defenders count as two points. Passes made into the target player and received back are worth 1, passes made into the target player and played to the opposide teammate are worth 2 points.
4. If the defending team wins the ball it is played back to the coach. Defenders play for two rounds then switch with the resting defender.
5. After each defender has completed the rotation, the teams switch roles.
6. Team with the most points at the end wins.
Coaching Points:
1. 1st attacker to commit 1st defender pulling them away from 2nd defender creating 2v1 against last defender
2. Can 1st attacker find 3rd attacker with long pass
3. Can 3rd attacker get behind the defense?
4. If not when should the 3rd attack check back to support the ball
5. If pressured can 1st attacker combine with 2nd attacker
6. 2nd attacker offer support – in front, to the side or behind
7. If the ball is lost are players in a position to defend
8. Play at speed

Instructions:
1. Each team plays 3v2 in the attacking half of the field
2. Players are restricted to moving only in their zone
3. Each team attempts to score on their opponent’s goal
Coaching Points:
1. 1st attacker in defending half should look to penetrate with a forward pass early in transition.
2. In the attacking half create 2v1 against last defender
3. If pressure can 1st attacker combine with 2nd attacker?
4. Where should the 2nd attacker offer support - in front, to the side, or behind?
5. Play at speed

P – Remove line and let players play
P - Limit touches in attacking half
R – Allow free pass from defending half to attacking half

Instructions:
1. Teams can score on any goal. Team that scored the goal gets to start with it.
2. Once a goal has been scored on a goal, the team that scored on that particular goal cannot score on it again until they have scored on another goal. IE - cannot score on the same goal twice in a row
3. All balls that go out of play are played in as a throw in.
4. Play for allotted time

1. Counter quickly on transition before opposition can organize
2. If counter is not on maintain possession
3. Maintain width and depth when attacking
4. 2nd attacker to offer support
5. 3rd attacker to play away from the ball or make attacking run in behind
6. Play at speed

1. Allow teams to score on any goal
