Organization :
1. 20 x 20 yard area set up as shown
2. 12 players set up as shown
3. 1 ball per player
Instructions:
1. Players have to knock out other player’s balls while keeping control of their own
2. If their ball is kicked out of the area they m ust dribble through any gate in order to re-enter the game
3. If a player loses control of their ball and dribbles outside the area they must again re-enter through a gate
4. Coach can specify a turn through the gate in order to re-enter the game
5. Play for a set time limit

Instructions:
1. On the coach’s instruction all players set off towards the center cone
2. As players come together in the middle of the area they must make an inside/outside turn and
return to the side that they started from
3. The object of the activity is to beat other teamates back to the start line.
4. Once White team is done, thats the cue for blue to work together

2. As players come together in the middle of the area they must make an inside turn around the opposite player and
return to the side that they departed from
3. The object of the activity is to beat your partner back to your start line.
4. Once White team is done, thats the cue for blue to work together

2. Bend the knees at contact to accelerate away
3. Take aw ay the ball w ith the nearest foot surface
4. Positive touch out of your feet into attacking space to finish

Instructions:
1. Teams attempt to score in one of their two designated goals
2. One team attempts to score in goals labeled (A) and the other in the goals labeled (B)
3. If the ball leaves the area the game is restarted
4. Play for a set time period
