Instructions:
Coach in the middle of the area leading the rhythmic warm up, players look to touch the ball in time with the rhythm the coach sets.

Same set up but now the coach is looking for more specific movements based upon session topic.

1. Step into ball to get bigger roll

6 cones, 3 lines, 3 players per area.
Instructions:
- Players dribble to either cone on the middle line and perform the L-Turn.
Coaching Points:
- Using correct feet to turn back to cone
- Angle of movement 2 o'clock to 10 o'clock for right foot (vice versa for left foot)
Progressions:
Addition of semi-opposed defender
Organization:
20x30, 6 Players on each side (Attackers & Defenders)
Instructions:
- Defenders play ball across field to Attackers to play 1v1
- Players must try to score in the goals that are positioned back-to-back
- If Defenders steal the ball, they too can score
- First player to score 6 goals
Coaching Points:
- Space ahead so Attacker is at speed
- Recognition of Defender's posistion
- Behind you - accelerate
- Alongside you (Space ahead) - Pretend to turn keep going forward
- Alongside you (Space behind) - Turn
- Defender ahead of you - Turn
- Once you get a yard of space then look to cut across Defender
