Two groups working at the same time. The striker tries to put the ball in the hands of the GK to warm-up. The player who plays the ball out follows his pass, and the shooter goes to the back of the line.

The pattern now changes as shown in the diagram, with the shooter looking to score on the GK. The shot must occur outside the 18-yard box.

Ball is played from the Server into the 1st playing area (3 vs 2). The attackers look to circulate the ball until they can play into the #9 in the 2nd playing area. Once the ball enters into the 2nd playing area, the blue # 10 or # 8 can join into the attack to make a 2 vs 2 going to goal. If the red team wins the ball, they look to score by connecting with one of the two target players.
