SI Technical Warmup "Triangle Passing"
-Pairs of two pass around the triangle of cones
-12 players, equals 6 triangles
-5 yds between the cones
-Players working go for :30 Seconds

-Working player sprints to cone 1. Passer spilts cones, and then reciever plays 2 touch back to passer and then goes around to cone 3 to recieve 2nd pass
-Progression: 2 touch R and L

-Working player sprints to cone 1, plays the ball back, spins around and looks for spilt btwn cones 2 and 3. Plays ball back around 2 and goes again

- Reciever starts on cone 3, sprints to cone 1 where the passer plays ball to the cone! Recieving player hits the ball back 1 touch and back pedals to cone 3 to start the process over again at cone 2

-Passer has the ball in their hands and tosses to cones 1 and 2
-Reciever plays the ball back to the passer without the ball hitting the ground
- Shuffling btwn the cones

Objectives:
-Can score any of the three goals, outside goals are worth two
-Only attacking players can into the wide channels when their team has the ball

Progressions:
-Can add 1 defender to apply pressure in the channels
-Can add 1 attacker into the channels
-Stress the importance of overlaps, especially coming from wide backs

-Two channels along the side with two neutral outside mids who play crosses to whichever team played them the ball
