Rules

Each player has to stay in there channel and cannot leave it

The ball cannot stop moving

A pass through the oppsition you get 1 point

Players can pass sideways but will not get a point

Progression

Allow 1 defender in the oppossing channel

If the player opposite is in possession you can enter the opponents channel

if the ball is moved sideways the player has to leave and opposite defender can go in

Only Players in front of the team in possession can press the ball
