Organization:

Instructions:
-Pass to the next cone.
-Follow your pass.

-Weight and accuracy of pass.

Progressions:

-Half field
-5 attackers and 3 defenders.
-Goalkeeper in net.
Instructions:
-A players to B when they check to the ball.
-B lays off to C.
-C opens and plays to D who has checked back.
-D runs at defender.
-Plays 1-2 pass with B.
-B, C, and far side get to goal for cross.
-Attack down left side next.
Coaching Points:
1. Angle of 1-2 pass.
2. Speed and distance of pass.
3. Head up to cross into the box.
4. Reading cues for 1-2 pass.
Progressions:
-Defenders can now when the ball.
-How fast can get 5 goals?
Organization:
-40x40yd area.
-5v5
-End zone at each end of the field.
Instructions:
-Must combine with teammates (1-2 pass, 3-man, overlap) to get the ball into the endzone.
-1 point for getting into endzone.
