Organization:
20 x 20 area with all the balls on the outside of the area
Instructions:
1. Ghosts (players) are running around free inside the haunted house
2. The ghostbusters (coach) has to try to chase down the ghosts and get rid of them
3. When ghostbuster hits the ghost with his buster gun (ball) the ghost becomes a buster too
4. Ghost then goes to get his ball and helps clean up all the ghosts
Coaching Points:
Keep your head up to see where all the ghostbusters are
Change directions and speeds to get away from the busters
Ghostbusters use the inside of their feet to control and pass the ball at the ghosts
Progressions:
P- Add a ball for each player to dribble
P- Start with more ghostbusters
P- Smaller area to play in
Organization:
1. 40 x 20 yard area set up as shown
2. 8 players (4 Groups of 2) set up as shown
3. 4 balls (Additional around the outside)
Instructions:
1. Divide the group into two, four players on each side 10 yards apart
2. Place a cone between the two players, 10 yards from player to cone 20 yards overall
3. Place a ball on top of the cone
4. The game is to see how many times a player can knock the ball off the cone
5. If player A knocks the ball of the cone then they replace that ball back on top of the cone while their partner gets ready

1. Angle of approach off center
2. Head up to observe target
3. Head down at point of contact
4. Contact foot - Instep
Progressions:
1. P – If player A misses the ball on their attempt can player B play the ball on their 1st touch to knock the ball off?
2. R - Decrease the distance between player and cone
3. R – Make a 2 yard gate to replace the ball and cone (bigger target area)
Organization:
1. Each player has a ball
2. To start they first dribble towards the goal to set up for a shot on goal
3. Once the keeper attempts to save the shot, they must get back up quickly to turn and face another attacker striking on goal
4. Repeat in the other grid as shown in the above diagram

Progressions:
1. P – Add pressure from player in line chasing the attacker
2. P – Form one goal, still playing the same game but this time a 2 v 1 and keeper game
3. R – Allow players to dribble closer to the goal before striking
Organization:
1. Set up as shown (Red cone- 20 yds/Blue cones 25 yds)
Instructions:
1. Player A dribbles towards goal and takes a shot. once shot is taken he/she must turn to become defender
2. As player A is about to shoot, Player B passes the ball to Player C.
3. Player play 2v1 to goal.
4. Continue pattern for 2 min then switch roles.
Coaching Points:
Player A:
- Off center at the point of contact
- Locate Target
- Non-Shooting foot placed to side, slightly behind the ball
- Head down at the point of contact
- Ankle locked (Bend toes back)
Player B & C:
- Make player commit by dribbling towards him/her.
- Take what the game gives you (Space=Dribble Open Teammate=Pass
- Perform shooting technique when facing Gk
Organization:
1.40 x 30 yard area set up as shown
2.12 players (2 teams of 5, 2 Goalkeepers) set up as shown
3.6 balls
Instructions:
1.Players are divided into 2 teams 5 v 5 + GK’s and combine to score goals
2. Players have a maximum limit of 5 passes to create a shooting opportunity.
3. Both teams are set up in a 1-3-2 (GK, 3 defenders, 2 forwards)
4. Goal kicks, corner kicks and throw-ins when the ball goes out

3. Examine the posting of the GK
