JUGGLING IN 2s
Players get in 2s and Juggle the ball between themselves. Players can have a max of 4 touches before passing the ball to a teammate.
Younger Players can let ball Bounce hand juggle.
Objectives - Get kids to have as many touches as possible.

Skills Square - To improve individual skills, passing and dribbling in a warm up
Description - Up to 4 players per cone, with one ball on each cone. 1 player from each cone dribbles the ball to his opposite cone. be aware of players around. Different dribbling skills are;
dribbling - toe taps, soles of feet, left foot only, right foot only, outside foot only.
Other skills are juggling ball and passing ball.
SKILLS AQUISITION – 20 mins
Description - Players work along the channels and practice the various individual skills set out. Have 2 players at each end with 1 ball between 4.
Skills are
Instep Toe Taps, Side on Sole Taps, Step Over Turns, Single scissors dribbling, Double scissor dribbling, Cruyff Turns
Objective - To improve individual skills

DIAMOND PASSING
Description - Diamond passing warm up.
Start without the ball and make players walk through the flight of the ball. They can do various dynamic stretches. The will get used to the movement. Then introduce the ball.
Go one way, then go the other.
Player Passes the ball and then follows their pass.
Objective - To improve passing, receiving and making angle to platy next pass forward.
Coaching Points - Make angle to receive ball.
Receive ball facing forward and take first touch forward.

Small Sided Game - 4 v 4 with 4 on outside.
Description
Set a 20 x 25 pitch up with small goals as shown in diagram.
4 v 4 in the middle with 4 players from each team on the outside standing in the attacking half. Players on The outside have 4 seconds, 1 touch or 2 touch to play the ball back depending on the skill. Set any restrictions you like based on age but always have a bonus goal for scoring of 5 or more consectutive passes.
ROBIN HOOD COMPETITION
Description - Balls in the middle and players in 4 groups of 4.
Players must sprint in and pick up a ball back to their team mate.
The first 2 get the balls and the second 2 put them back.
First one to finish wins.
