Organization:
1. 20x20 grid
2. One ball per player
Instructions:
1. Coach will demonstrate desired turn
2. Players will dribble around grid
3.When another player or line is in sight, player must perform desired turn
4.Players will work on turn with right and left foot for alotted time
5. The next turn will be domonstrated and players will then perform
Coaching Points:
Inside Cut
• Step to the side of the ball with the non kicking foot
• Pivot on that foot
• Cut the ball back with the inside of the opposite foot
Outside Cut
• Take a big step past the ball and plant foot
• Pivot on that foot
• Cut the ball back with the outside of the opposite foot
Step Over
• Fake to play the ball with the inside of the foot, moving the foot around the front of the ball
• Plant that foot and pivot back in the opposite direction
• Take the ball away with the inside of the
opposite foot
Drag Push
• Reach in and drag the ball back using the sole of the foot
• Move the ball across the font of the body
• Take the ball away with the outside of the opposite foot
Progressions:
P - Add defender
R - Make grid bigger
Organization:

3. One ball per player
Instructions:
1. Players will dribble to the center cone, turn and dribble back to team
2. Players will work on desired turn given by coach
3. Players will work and rest for two minute at game speed, focusing on required foot for alotted time

2. Appropriate turn to protector change direction
3. Bend the knees to create a platform to accelerate
Organization:
1. 40 x 30 yard area setup as shown
2. 12 players (6 Attackers,6 Defenders) set up as shown
3. 1 ball (Additional around the outside)
Instructions:
1. Players score by dribbling the ball through one of their two designated goals situated in the corners of the area,performing a turn and dribbling back out into the field of play
2. One team attempts to score in goals labeled (A) and the other in goals labeled (B), these goals can be different colors so thatplayers can easily visualize where theyre trying to score
3. If the ball leaves the area the game is restarted with a kick-in
4. Play for a set time limit
Coaching Points:

4. Turn into space
5. Take away with the nearest foot and surface
6. Head up after turning for next action
