Pre season drill 1
A: player dribbles round poles with ball continuous for 2 mins. then
B: player shuttles from pole to pole without ball for 2 mins.
30 second break.
Pre season drill 1(b)
A: player travels with the ball to the pole, stops the ball does 10 toe taps, then travels back with the ball to the start pole and repeats the 10 toe taps and repeats this continuous for 2 mins. then
B: player shuttles from pole to pole without ball for 2 mins.
30 second break.
Pre season 1 (c)
A: player travels with the ball to the pole, stops the ball jugles the ball in the inside of both feet 5 times each foot, then travels back with the ball to the start pole and repeats the 5 times each foot and repeats this continuous for 2 mins.
B: player shuttles from pole to pole without ball for 2 mins.
