Warm-up

Dynamic Warmup - exercises designed to improve ability to play, soccer specific movements

Instructions:

2 groups - side by side

Jog, backpedal

Heel flicks, High Knees

carioca, leg swings, stretches, in/out knee

Main Theme 1

Organization:

4v2 in gird

4 gates set up on each side of the grid

Instructions:

Players in possession try to complete 5 passes to get a point.

Players in the middle try to win it and dribble through one of the gates if they win it.

Main Theme 2

Organization:

7 whites vs 3 blues in the grid.

4 blues in each gate on each side of the grid.

Instructions:

Whites keep possession and score by completing 6 passes.

If blues win it they pass to a blue on the outside and all 4 blues join in and are replaced by 4 whites. It now becomes 7v3 to the blue team.

Organization:

3v5 in middle + 2 GKs.

4 neutrals on the outside.

Instructions:

3 players in the middle use neutrals and GKs to keep posession.

If defending team wins it, they quickly transition to attack and score in goal.
