Organization:
-5 cones
-7x7 grid with 1 cone in the middle
-1 ball per player
Instructions:
-Sprint around cones according to #
-From 2 - 3 players sprint around the blue cone counterclockwise
-From 6-7 players spring around blue cone counterclockwise
-x3 then reverse and go clockwise around blue cone

-Explosive movement on turns
-Low center of gravity at the point of changing direction
-Close ball control while on the run

-Add ball to enhance speed dribbling and control

Instructions:
-Player A checks in front of the cone and receives ball with outside foot in sideways position
-Player A executes moves and spins away from the cone back to the starting point
-Player B then repeats same action looking to receive pass from Player A
-Alternate receiving foot each turn
-Continue rotation for two minutes

Instructions:
-Player A sprints and checks in to player B
-Player C then follows
-Player A receives pass in a sideways position and is looking to turn defender and dribble past gate
-Player B must protect the gate
-Each team earn a point each time they dribble through gate
-Alternate receiving foot each turn
-Rotate positions after two minutes

-Set of balls, cones and pinnies
-2 small goals 7 yards apart
-20x20 area
Instruction:
-Player A sprints around cones and checks in for pass from coach
-Player B begins sprint as soon as player A goes
-Player A can score on either goal
-First team to score 10 goals wins
