Players perform football movements( sprinting, side steps, backwards, jumping, jogging,etc) in between the drills that are spaced over the half park. The exercise runs for 12 minutes.
A Player jumps over hurdles 1 foot at a time, then continues football movements before going to next
station.
B Player weaves through poles with ball, then continues football movements before going to next station.
C Player runs through ladder drill 1 foot in the rung, then performs football movements before going to next station.
D: Player weaves through poles, then performs football movements before going to next station.
E: Player sprints to pole, then runs backwards to the start pole, then performs football movements before going to next station.
F: Player sprints round cones, then performs football movements before going to next station.
