Instructions:
Red team seve the ball with their hands.
Blue receive with chest, tight or head bring the ball down and find a sever with no balls.
After passing the ball, they go thru the middle square to find another server.
Green shadow the receiving team.
Coaching Points:
Identified the fligh of the ball.
Cushion the ball at the reception.
Look over shoulder.
receive the ball away from defender.

Instructions:
Players A pass the ball B, B receive the ball and make short pass to C, C back to B and B do a long/lofted pass, B and C switch.
Coaching Points:
Set up your ball on 45degree angle.
Strike the ball with your laces, slitghly under the ball.
Lean backword.
Thru the ball.
End up with a scissor motion from your striking ball and balance arm.

Same set up as above.
40x30 area with two 10 yard end zone.

Instructions:
Players from zone A must pass the ball to C.
If the B intercept the ball A switch with B and defend.
If the ball get out thru the end zone, the receiving team will defend.
If the ball get out sideway, play re-start at coach.
Coaching Points:
Estimate flight of the ball.
Set up lofted pass with a good angle.
Away from pressure.
Keep the ball moving and use momentum of the ball.
Progressions:
Add/limit number of passes before sending ball accross.
Add a defender into the end zone for added pressure.
Organization:
40x30 field with small goals.
2 team of 5 players.
A lot of balls.
Instructions:
Teams plays in 2-2-1 formation.
Players must use neutral players at least twice before scoring with out loosing possession or receive the ball off the ground.
Neutral players serve only with throwing the ball.
Coaching Points:
Quickly find the forward with a thru ball/lofted ball over defense.
First touch away from defender..
Second touch set up the long pass.
Third touch the delivery.
Anticipate flight of the ball.
