Organization:
1. 12x16 grid
2. Three teams of two.
Instructions:
1. End players pass back and forth four times as defenders shift in their pressure and cover positions.
2. After fourth pass the white player plays long to red team.
3. White players follow their pass entering the grid and yellow players exit.
4. Process repeats.
Coaching Points:
1. Technique - speed and angle of approach.
2. Compactness - don't get stretched or split.
3. Communication - urgent, loud, and specific.
4. Angles and distances - pressure and cover.
5. Reaction to the ball - be quick.

Instructions:
Two Scenarios
Scenario A
1. Target players stationed in central gate.
2. White end players look to pass into red target players.
3. Defenders (in blue) look to prevent central penetration.
4. If defenders win ball, they can score through wide gates.
5. Rotate roles after 1-2 minutes.
Scenario B
1. Target players are stationed at wide gate.
2. Same game as previous but now defenders look to avoid wide distribution.
Coaching Points:
1. Communication - early, brief, concise.
2. Avoid being square to prevent getting split.
3. Angles and distance of support.
4. Ability to make play predictable.

1. Progress to competition (shown in next screen).
Organization:
1. Same as previous.
2. Gates are removed.
Instructions:
1. 2v1 in the middle.
2. White attackers score by playing ball into end target (red).
3. After ball is played into red, red neutral joins his teammate and one white becomes neutral.
4. Defenders can leave the area after winning possession.
5. Ensure players rotate roles after 1-2 minutes if not ocurring naturally.
