Session Organisation - In a grid 40 x 20 with 2 x 15 x 20 end zones and a 10m centre zone

Detail - Players in end zone have to pass through centre zone to players in teh other end zone

Physical - Work rate of all players especially players in the centre zone

Session Organisation - Area 60 x 30 split into quarters (15 x 20)

Detail - Players are set up as shown and have to pass through opponents with the object of getting the ball to their target man

P1 - 1 player from team in possession allowed in opponents area

P2 - Try to get ball to target man in less than 3 passes

P3 - Players allowed to move between their own areas but can not stay or receive in opponents area

Session Organisation - Area 60 x 40 with 4 mini goals as shown. Two teams of eaqual number plus 2 floating players who play with the team in possession. Floating players can not be tackled.

Detail - On regaining possession players try to secure good possession

P1 - Remove floating free players
