In open area, Players work in groups of three.
Instructions:
Players pass the ball amongst themselves until one player receives the ball and places his foot on top of the ball.
Then the two players without the ball provide pressure and cover.
Pause for three seconds then continue passing.

Instructions:
Play 2v2 in the area
Teams try to score a goal through any three of the small goals they are attacking.
The extra player on each team can move along the goal line his team is defending. If he is standing in a goal, no goal can be scored there. (ex: in the diagram blue cannot score in the middle goal and white cannot score in the left goal)

Progressions:
The player standing in the goal can come out when his team has possession and attack 3v2

4 attackers vs 4 defenders plus GK (1v1, 2v2 -4v4)
Instructions:
Starts by playing in independant zones vs 1 player and support players take up proper shape
Blue team attacks 1v1, 2v2 - 4v4 and ultimately 5v4 to large goal.
White team can score: Play ball out to servers
Remove Center Line and allow Center Backs to work together, Then remove wide lines and Back four works together.
Progression: Score in pugg goals on side.
