taggers have 30 seconds to tag as many people as they can
if tagged, player has to freeze and call for help
player then can only moved after being tagged again by someone who is not a tagger

Instructions:
1. One ball per player
2. Introduce different dribbling techniques: Messi, Ronaldo, etc.
3. Mix in Ball Mastery Skills: Tic-Toc, the V, Inside Outside, Toe Taps, Laces pullback, Cut, and stop and go

Progressions:
- P: Number the skills and call the number instead of the actual skill
- P: Require players to use weak foot

Organization:
1. 40 x 40 yard area setup as shown
2. 12 players (6 A ttackers,6 Targets)

4. 12 + cones (These are placed randomly around the area to make minigates to pass the ballthrough)
Instructions:
1. Players are paired together one attacker one target player
2. Players move around the area in their pairs
3. Once the pair reaches a gate,the attacker must pass to their target player through the gate
4. After the ball has been received through the gate, the pair switches roles and find another gate to play through
5. Players keep count of the gates the ball is passed through
Coaching Points:
1. Head up, observe your target
2. Weight and accuracy of pass
3. Heel down, toe up, inside push pass
4. Make contact with the middle of the ball
Progressions:
1. Players have to get through two gates for one point
2. Limit to two touch so that the players have to continue to pass moving to the gates
3.Switch Partner after pass through a gate
Organization:
1. Line of 3 cones 10yds apart
2. 2 players with 2 soccer balls
3. 1 ball is placed in the center on top of the cone
4. 2nd ball starts with player on the side
Instructions:
1. 2 players will play against each other and try to knock the ball off the center cone with a pass.
2. Player 1 will start the game and try first. If the player knocks the ball off, he gets a point.
3. Then the player places the ball back on the center cone and player 2 attempts.
4. Play for 2 minutes. Make it Tournament style: Player who won moves up a game towards the top; and player who lost moves down a game)
Coaching Points:
1. Non-kicking foot placed on the side of the ball pointing at the target
2. Head up observe target
3. Working on inside-push pass: use iside surface of kicking foot, heel down, toe up
4. Strike through the middle of the ball
5. Follow through the pass to target with passing foot

P1- Create a longer distance to pass
P2- Force players to take a first touch into space before passing
Organization:
1. 8 players playing 4V4 set up as shown
2. 20X20 yard playing area
3. Score a point by knocking a ball off the cone with a pass
3. Coach becomes referee
Instructions:
1. Players play 4v4 as in a regular scrimmage
2. Rather than goals, players are looking to pass and knock a ball off the cone
3. First team to knock all three balls off wins
4. Players are encouraged to pass throughout the scrimmage

3. Execute an inside push pass: using inside surface of foot, heel down, toe up, make contact with the middle of the ball
