1)goalkeeper works over hurdle jumping side on over two and reversing back one and then over 2 and back 1 before making a save.
2)goal keeper then works back over hurdles to recive feed from other side.
keeper moves over hurdles before diving save to the 1) left then 2) right
Keeper starts in save position with hands touching post
Keeper gets up makes save opposite side before a ball is played back accross him for a 2nd save.
Spend 10 minuets working on strenth and conditioning whilst handleing
Speed exercise
1) keeper sprints to cone with ball in hand
2) keeper kicks ball back to feeder
3)feeder roles ball for keeper to dive on
