Organisation:Area set up as above area can be adjusted depending on age and ability.Both teams start at the same time running with the ball when they reach the first shaded area they will perform different skills and ball manipulation these will change every time they start again in the centre place a cone were players must perform a skill and change side make sure you change teams around

Session Objective: To improve quality of short passing
Organisation:
(A)Red team in four groups at cone,two receivers (yellow) on cones in middle.
Red 1 plays ball to Yellow 1 who plays back to Red 2.Red 2 plays to Yellow 2 who sets up Red 1 who has followed run,Red 1 then playsto Red 3 who plays to Red 4,Red 4 plays to Yellow 2 and process repeated opposite way,
(B)Development:
Two balls,start each end simultaneously.
(C) Development:
One ball,but switching ball( as shown in C.
(D) Development:
Two balls,start each end simultaneously.

Session Objective:Improve short passing and transition
Organisation:Area 10x20 diveded into two halves as above .In on box have a 4v2 in next box just have two players.Session begins with players trying to retain possession of the ball with a variety of passing if red team wins ball they play it too two players in other half and go and join them .Player who lost ball will now chase ball down with help of another team mate creating a 4v2 in that box.Progression can be limited touches weaker foot work
