Organization
- 40 x 40 area set up as shown
- 8 Players (5 Attackers & 3 Defenders) set up as shown
- 2 mini goals (1 at either end) set up as shown
- 1 ball (additional on outside)
Activity
- Attacking players (Red) aim to keep possession & transfer the ball from one end of the area to the other to score (A3). They are free to use team mates (A1/A2) inside the area to do so (5v3)
- If Attacker (A3) receives the ball either (A1/A2) joins them on the outside. One of the Attackers from opposite end must enter the area & take their place. Game continues in opposite direction!
- Defending players (Yellow) attempt to deny & disrupt Attackers transfer of possession across the area
- When Defenders win the ball they aim to combine & score into mini goal. They can only score in the goal facing them facing them (3v2) see diagram.
- Attackers (A1/A2) can win the ball back & play back to outside
- If the ball is lost, goes out of play or a goal is scored attacking players grab a ball and restart the play!

- Anticipation: be alive, alert & ready to intercept/block passes
- Connection: Stay connected as a unit. Slide, Screen & Show the play away from danger
- Focus: Concentration on the ball & its movement
- Transition: Adjust & React quickly if Attackers manage to penertrate
- Communication: Coach each others movements, try to make the play predictable

Activity
- Play begins with (A1) who can only play within "Attacking Zone". Attackers look to build possession & score into any of the three mini goals
- Midfielders (Yellow) look to contain & deny Attackers penertration and goal scoring opportunities
- When Midfielders win the ball they can combine with each other & with (T) who acts as an central forward (3v3+1)
- One Midfielder can join (T) in "Attacking Zone" & look to score (2v1)
- No opposition players (Red) are able to drop into "Attacking Zone"
- If ball is lost, goes out of play, or a goal is scored play begins once again with (A1)

P - Goalkeeper can also start the play & join in to help Attackers (Red) tobuild possession (2/3v1)

Activity
- Play begins with either goalkeeper who work with Attackers (Red) to score in Mini Goals at opposite end. Play is directional
- (A1) can operate both in and outside of middle 1/3 & receive from goalkeeper (see diagram) can pass or dribble into middle 1/3 zone
- Midfielders/Defenders (Yellow) aim to deny, distrupt & block passing lines, win possession & to score in full size goal. Must score in goal they are facing. Cannot turn & score in goal behind them!
- Once Yellow win the ball they are free to build attacks through & out of the middle 1/3 and score by passing combinations and dribbling
- If goalkeeper makes a save, ball goes out of play or a goal is scored play begins from goalkeeper & play restarts again
