Organization:
1. 40 x 10 yard area set up as shown
2. 8-12 players (4-6 Servers, 4-6 Receivers) set up as shown

Instructions:
1. Have 4-6 servers with the ball
2. First set have servers pass the ball on the ground

Description:
1.Player A is the focus of the practice
2.The ball is passed in and across to third player
3.Player A has to open body up to control and pass with their back foot
4.Repeat back across to initial server
5.If player A stops the ball, 2 serving players switch positions
6.If serving players exchange square pass, player A must sprint between them
7.Continue practice as before
8.Play for set period then rotate player A

1.Position of body to face direction of pass
2.Allow the ball to travel across body to back foot
3.Head over the ball, chest forward
4.Quality of pass to receiver
5.Speed of play
6.Awareness of who player A is and responsibility of that player
Progression:
1. P – All players must now play the ball with one touch
Organization:

2.6 Players (2 Attackers, 2 Defenders, 2 Neutrals)

Instructions:
1.Players set up 2v2 in the area with 2 neutrals on the outside
2.Attacking team must keep possession in the area
3.Attacking team scores a point for linking up with a neutral player to create a numbers up scenario
4.Attacking team gets an additional 5 points if they keep possession for every 10 passes completed
5.If the defending team wins the ball they become the attacking team
6.Should the ball go out of play, a neutral will restart play by passing to the attacking team. This pass is free but not counted towards points
7.Play continues for 5 minutes before changing the neutral players

Instructions:
1. Players must complete 5 passes before taking a shot on goal
2. Goal kicks, corner kicks and throw-ins when the ball goes out

2. Prepare the ball in the direction you wish to play to next
3. Use the nearest surface of the nearest foot to play quickly
4. Look around, see pressure before receving the ball
