Organization:
1. 4 - 10X6 yard area set up as shown
2. 12 Players (Separate in teams of 3)
3. 16 cones
4. 4 cones in straight line 2 yards apart

Instructions:
1. Player 1 plays to player 2
2. Player 2 has two touches, 1st touch takes player 2 into a new channel, player 2 plays player 1
3. Player 1 moves to a new channel and players back to 2
4. Speed should be high
5. Keep track of successful passes through gates without hitting a cone or taking more than two touches.

Instructions:
1. Player 1 plays to player 2 who checks away to the Orange tall cone
2. Player 2 plays back to player 1 who opens out to play forward to player 3
3. Player 3 plays player 4 who begins the rotation again
4. All players follow their pass
5. Teams compete against each other to keep speed of play high. Once a team completes a full rotation that activity stops.

3. Player 3 plays back to player 2, Player 3 rounds the cone and receives back from player 2
4. Player 3 plays player 4 who restarts the activity
5. Teams compete against each other to keep speed of play high. Once a team completes a full rotation that activity stops.

Instructions:
1. Blue Team creates short passing combinations and plays white when available
2. Yellows defend, sending two defenders into the area where there is possession. The other two plays sit central and can intercept the through ball
3. If a team loses possession, they become defenders. The ball restarts at the opposite end with a ball passed in from the coach

3.Supply of balls by each goal
Instructions:
1.Teams play 3 v 3 to pugs
2.Teams must create a short combination to score
3.If more than 3 touches are taken by a posessing player, the ball is played to the opposing team
4.If ball goes out, opposing team restarts with a pass in
