Yellow and Orange-every player to a ball. Yellow starts at the middle of the grid he must volley the ball trying to beat orange. Orange tries to beat yellow on a volley immediately as well
Cp's- Perform at speed, make sure you hit the ball when it falls below the planted foot's knee, lock your ankle, hit the ball in different ways to make the ball's effect on the shot bend in different ways, be mentally ready to transition trying to block the ball,
Exercise II
Set up- Flat 4 and Defensive Mid open up once GK has posession of the ball to provide options. GK plays the most attacking ball trying to score on the small goals. Yellow defender tries to impede green from scoring.
Variations-Give back 4 and GK a timed goal, touch limitation
Small sided Activity 7v7 + GK's in half field
Superman (20min)
Players on posession must connect 3 passes on their own half before finding an entry ball or shooting.
If an entry ball is found the player who passed the ball can cross the half and aid the two attackers on opposite end. Players on opposite end (FWDs) have unlimited touches, all others have a 3 touch limit
Cp's- Constant movement off the ball to create support, scope area to accelerate decision making before the ball reaches you, sharp passing and receiving, constant communication verbal and body language, work on both sides of the ball.

Part I- Team on posession must connect 3 passes before entering the next third
B)The ball must bypass midfield into final 3rd. Forwards must get to the ball and trap it for midfielders joining in
