2 grids set up as shown 10x20
Players divided evenly between channels
Instructions:
First player takes a touch out from their feet and looks to strike the ball across the channel to their partner
They follow their shot and join the next line
Receiving player prepares first touch and strikes ball back across
Play for set period of time

-Eye on the ball during contact
-toe down, ankle locked, body weight over the ball
-strike through the center of the ball

Competition
-add in cones to make a "goal"
-1 point if your shot reaches the next player between the cones
Organization:
Players divided into two teams
One gate per pair of players, 10 yards apart from each player
Instructions:
White team competing against Blue Team
Players take turns trying to shoot through the 2 yard gate between them
Each shot through the gate earns you 1 point. First to 7 points wins

After each round, players face new opponent
-keep track of victories between white and blue teams
Organization: 30x40 split in half. 2 goals. 6-12 players.
Instructions: Both lines work at the same time.
All shots must be taken before line of cones
A.) Power - Player dribbles out and takes a shot on goal. After shot he retrieves the ball and returns to back of line
B) Accuracy - Player dribbles out and shoots on smaller goal, retrieves ball and returns to line

-Play begins with one team passing out to teammate who receives and shoots
-after shooting, player must immediately become goalie
-once one team shoots, the next team can pass out and repeat process
