Organization:12 players
3 players per group of 3 cones (triangle), 2 players w/ ball on the base of triangle, 1 player w/o ball on top of the triangle.
Instructions:
Player on top of the triangle checks to one of the players with the ball.
The player with the ball passes to the checking player on the outside foot, player then takes a touch and passes back with outside foot.
Goes around the go and checks to the other player and does the same action.
Coaching Points:
Proper shape of the body (opening up to receive and pass the ball).
Proper passing technique (foot shape: toe up, heel down, ankle locked), plant foot pointed at the target, strike through the center of the ball, follow through straight at the target.
Passing/receiving with the proper foot.
Progressions:
Start with two touch, then the player at the top of the triangle can go one touch. Again passing players must pass to the proper foot.
Variation: Player at the top starts on the "inside" of the cone, receives the ball, then cuts across the cone to the outside and passes back with the opposite foot.
Makes the players move side to side, as well as developing the touch to cut across the defender if needed.
Organization:
20x20 grid, players in line at each corner.
Instructions:
Dribble to the cone and do a move to beat a defender.
Coaching Points:
Dribbling - Feint
oLean to one side dropping your shoulder
oPlant the same side foot to the side of the ball
oTake the ball away with the outside of the opposite foot
Dribbling - Scissors
oMove the foot around the front of the ball finishing on the outside of the ball
oDrop the shoulder as the foot plants
oTake the ball away using the outside of the opposite foot
Progressions: Add different moves or add turning moves to go the the next corner, instead of the opposite corner.

1.20 x 10 yard area set up as shown

Instructions:
1.The activity starts with the player with ball dribbling out towards the opposite player
2.The opposite player steps forward to add partial pressure
3.The attacking player then performs a turn goes back to the start
4.The attacker then passes to the opposite player and the process is repeated
