1. Players work in groups of 3.
2. Activity starts with first player dribbing into area.
3. When he gets even with middle cone, he performs a scissors move and continues forward.
4. When he gets to endline, he performs U-turn and makes eye contact with next two players.
5. On eye contact, next two players enter grid (one player with ball, one player without ball).
6. When even with first player, they perform scissors into outside of the foot pass.
7. Sequence is continuous.
8. Ensure players change roles after 1-2 minutes.
Coaching Points:

Instructions:
Two Options
Option A (shown by red players)
1. Player A passes to player B who checks wide.
2. Player B opens up and passes to player C.
3. Player C drives at player B.
4. Player D overlaps to receive from player C.
5. Rotation: player A moves to B, B to C, C to D, D to A.
Option B (shown by blue players)
1. Same start.
2. This time, player C uses D as a decoy (scissor to fake pass) and continues to dribble on his own.
3. Same rotation as previous.
Coaching Points:
1. Player in possession - drive inwards, at defender.
2. Dribble with foot nearest to supporting player.
3. Observe defender's position - which option is on?
4. Timing of pass.
5. Pass to overlapping player with outside of nearest foot.
6. Supporting player - timing of run.

Progressions:
1. Add a goal at starting endline (by player A). Players C and D play 2v1 against B on way back.
2. 2v1 to goal is fully opposed whereas previous rotations are semi-opposed (passive pressure).
Organization:
1. 30x20 area.

Instructions:
1. Two red players start 2v1 against a blue defender.
2. After 2v1 is over, blue defender stays for 1v1 against another blue player.
3. When 1v1 is done, blue player that was just attacking stays to defend the next 2v1.
4. Defender comes off after defending in 1v1 situation (defends for two turns: 2v1 and 1v1).
5. Red players swap sides after every turn; blue players return to same line every time.
6. Rotate roles after 2-3 minutes.
