Organization:
1.12 players
2.Players work in pairs, set up as shown

Instructions:
1.Players work in groups of two
2.Passing the ball to each other
3.When one of the players stops the ball with the sole of their foot the other player must close that side down, e.g. when stopped with the right foot the pressing angle is from the right (thus forcing attacker to use their left)
4.Pressing player then returns to their starting position the group start to pass again

Progressions:
P – Introduce techniques of tackling, once the ball is stopped the player pressing now tackles the stationary ball
Organization:
1.20 x 15 yard area set up as shown
2.Groups of 4 (2 Attacker 2 Defender) set up as shown

Instructions:
1.Defending player starts with the ball
2.Defending player passes to the attacking player
3.The attacking player moves out to receive the ball and attempt to score into the defending players goal
4.Defending player becomes active on the attackers first touch and attempts to win the ball
5.If the defending player wins the ball they attempt to score in the attacking players goal
6.Players rotate service after each attempt
7.Award points for successful attempts and keep score

Instructions:
1.The game starts with a pass from the goalkeeper
2.Attackers can only penetrate into their opponent’s half of the field through the gates
3.Defending players can only tackle in their half of the field
4.Once in their opponent’s half players can shoot or combine to shoot
5.Goals can only be scored in your opponent’s half
6.If the defending team wins possession they attempt to do the same in the opposite goal
7.If the ball leaves the area or the attacking team enters the attacking half through the middle of the field the game is restarted with the opposition’s goalkeeper
