Organization:

2 ball per group
Instructions:
PLayers A and B check away from center cone, receive ball with back foot and pass the ball to the opposite side (C and D).
Then A's switch with players B's.
After 10 passes switch with C and D.
Coaching Points:
A and B check away from cone when C and D pick they head up and ask for the ball.
They receive ball with back foot around the cone first touch in the direction of their pass.
After the pass quickly switch to the other side to become available for the next pass.
Progressions:
Alternate left and right foot.
Organization:
20 x 10 area, 6 cones, 3 lines
Instructions:
- Player 2 checks away, opens up to either side (3 checks opposite of him to create triangle).
- Player 1 passes to player 2.
- Player 2 passes to player 3 and player 2 presses the ball as a passive defender.
- Player 3 takes touch forward, forcing player 2 to block the line, then player 3 performs maradona.
Progression - player 2 becomes passive defender allowing player 3 to take touch down line or perform maradona if player 2 blocks space down line.

Progression
- Put PUG goals at bottom of channel (see right side of diagram)
- Player 1 and 2 are now live defenders
- Player 2 must win the ball in area A (above blue line)
- Player 1 cannot leave touch line until player 3 crosses blue line (player 1 can win ball wherever he wants in area B)

Organization:
1. 30x30 yard area
2. 12 players - 6 attackers and 6 defenders (set up as shown)

Instructions:
1. Teams play 4v4 inside the area with two target players positioned on the outside of the area
2. One team plays North to South the other team plays East to West
3. The objective of the practice is recieve from one target player and play to the next, this action scores a point
4. If the defending team wins the ball they should look to pass out to their target player
5. Rotate target players after a set time limit
6. Keep score
Coaching Points:
1. Players on the inside should check at angles so that their body position is side on to play forward quickly
2. Awareness - receiving player should check both shoulders before the ball arrive to assess options
3. Inside players should look to be positive and create space in order to play forward
4. Width and depth is important to create spaces as group
5. Target players on the outside need to be aware which foot to pass into high pressure front foot, low pressure back foot
Progressions:
1. Two touch limit on the inside
2. Players on the inside can not pass backwards to target players only forward
