Main Theme

Organization:

- 12 players

- 1 ball

- 15 Yards distance from one another

Instructions:

- Phase 1: Both players will dribble to the opposite end

- Phase 2: Once player get by the halfway mark (it is the moment to pass onto next player) Player wating for the ball will Check away to show a good angle and distance support.

- Phase 3: Same Concept as before ( this time the player will link up together.

Coaching Points:

- Head up to develop Perception Visual Awareness with the ball ( Why?)

- Eye Contact with player and ball ( Think a Step ahead)

- Good Angle and Distance support ( How can I support the player with the ball?)

- Hand Indication ( on where it's best to receive the ball?)

- Reason on Why should we support the player? How are you helping the player?

- Positive 1st Touch (close or big into space?)

- Awareness: Scan the field to determine the next action

Progressions:

- Increase the instensity rate

- 3-4 Player per Group

- Ball

- 15 x 30

Instructions:

- Objective of the Activity is to support player with the ball by showing a good angle and distance.

- Player in the middle (White) is only allowed to move from cone to cone (laterally) to intercept the pass.

- Att. Players (Red) Player with the ball must transfer to teammate in the opposite.

- When the player at the opposite side receives it. He/She must pentrate to goal to get a a point.

- Defender in the middle will become live to stop the pentration to goal.

Organization:

- 40 x 40

- 3 Zones

- 12 Player

- 1 Ball

Instructions:

- Objective can the player recognize the picture or moment to support by showing a good angle and distance.

- The Game will always Start by Goalie rolling the ball out to defender.

- Player in the middle zone ( White/Blue) are Nuetral players (plays for the team in possession)

- Red Scores in Goal A and White/Red Scores in Goal B.

- Zone 1 will be a 2 v 2 and only one nuetral play to come in and support. (It must be at the right moment to support as the ball is traveling.

- Zone 2: Nuetral player zone

- Zone 3: The area to overload 3 v 2 attack in speed (Only 2 Nuetral players are allowed)
