Cp's-Planted foot next to the ball, lock your ankle, try different finishes, Gk and defenders must communicate, push up and drop into soft space, play at game speed

5 Vs 3 (playing out the back

Orange starts attacking (the flat 4 must display defensive principles). Once posession is regained, players must open up in length and width. Use the least amount of touches to get out of the defensive 3rd

Variation-Add numbers (mids, fwds, and more opposition)

Cp's-Stay compact, communicate, display defensive principles, push up and provide length and width, go from the defensive 3rd into middle 3rd in the least amount of touches possible, get forward whenever possible
