Small sided activity (12min)
Transition in a 35 x 45 yd grid (olders add an extra grid and make it 3 teams)
Yellow must pass the ball inside of their grid. Every 3 passes a new white player comes in. If yellow looses possession the coach plays a ball into opposite grid.
CP's-sharp passing and receiving, constant movement off the ball, support on all sides of the ball, spatial awareness, decision making (defend or possess the ball according what the situation presents)
Expanded small sided (15min)
2v1's and 3v2's to small goals 35 x 45yds grid
Transition game. Whatever team was #s down goes #'s up when the ball is dead.

Final Activity (25-30min)
4 v 3 to GKs perpetual into 6 v 6 + GKs
The team attacking looses a player when possession is lost, the oppostion gains a player
in the final stage both teams must be past the half line for goal to count.If defensively a player is on opposite half the goal counts double. If an attacker is on opposite side when his team score the goal does not count.
