Organization:
1. 20x10 area set up as shown
2. Players split into two groups
3. One ball per player
Instructions:
1. Player 1 dribbles over the end line, performs a drag back, makes eye contact with Player 2 and dribbles back to start.
2. Once eye contact has been made, Player 2 can begin dribbling towards the end line to perform drag back.
3. Rotation: Player 1 to Player 2, Player 2 to Player 3, Player 3 to Player 4, Player 4 to Player 1.
4. Rotation will continue until all players have had a turn to dribble, perform turn and return to start.

1. P - One ball, players pass the ball after turn has been completed

Instructions:
1. Player 1 passes the ball into the zone.
2. Player 2 runs into the zone, performs a drag back, and shoots the ball on goal before they leave the zone.
3. Player 1 goes to the end of line 2, Player 2 retrives ball and goes to the end of line 1.
4. For each goal scored a point is earned, first team to 10 points wins.

Progressions:
1. P - Ball is played past the zone, dribbled into the zone for a shot on goal.

Instructions:
1. The first person in offensive line will be the shooter, the second person in line will be the passer.
2. The passer passes the ball into the zone, the shooter runs into the zone, performs a turn and attempts to score a goal.
3. Once the shooter has performed their turn, the defender can begin chasing the shooter to try and stop the shot on goal.
4. Players will play for an allotted time then switch positions.

1. P - Defender can begin as soon as the shooter touches the ball.
2. R - Defender does not try to stop shot, just applies light pressure.

Instructions:
1. The first player in the defensive line will pass the ball into the zone.
2. The first player in the offensive line will run into the zone, perform a drag back, and try to beat defender to score a goal.
3. The defensive player can step onto the field and play defense once the offensive player has performed their drag back.
4. Players will go to the end of their lines after their turn is done.
5. Players will play for an allotted time then switch positions.

Progressions:
1. P - Defender can start playing defense once the ball has been passed
2. R - Defenders cannot play defense until the offensive player enters the attacking 3rd.
