Description
The players perform 2 sets of 4 maximal 10 m sprints, with 40-s of passive recovery between maximal efforts. Immediately after each sprint (within 3-seconds) the player should perform a maximal vertical jump (MVJ) to the best of their ability, and then rest passively before commencing the next sprint effort. In between sets players should rest passively for 4 mins. A maximal effort is required at all times.

Description
Split players into even teams (6v6). Set up an appropriate sized square for the numbers of players in the session. Red team keep the ball in their square passing and moving after 3 seconds one blue defenders is allowed to enter. After a further 3 seonds another defender and so on until the ball is won! If the blue teams can win the ball and transfer it to their square 5points, if they just intercept it 1 point. If the ball is won play immediately transfers to the other square

Description
Play starts with blue team, they pass into the square for the 4 players to try and work the ball to the opposite end, once they have done this the reds will play to a red player.
Players on the outside are optional depending on numbers: These players are able to receive the ball and dribble into the square to combine and pass to the outside
