CP's- Gradually get heart rate up, get body and mind ready for competition, proper weight on passes, toes up, heel down, good technique on trapping, pass and move, communicate thru body language and verbally
Aerobic capacity (15min)
5 different agility stations into 10yds sprints
Variation-use ball whenever possible, have players turn, go on the ground or jump up for headers
3 min intervals, minimize rest in transition from one station to the other
small sided activity (15min)
4v3's (4v4 + N) depending on #'s + GKs
teams must connect 5 passes and use GK on their half before finding GK on opposite side of the grid to score.
Variations-Rt foot only, left foot only, must connect a give and go, overlap and/or short-short long before scoring, add/subtract numbers to make it more challenging.
Cp's- Be sharp technically, communicate, pass and move, be aware of open space, create passing lanes, width and length for support, play with intensity

Final Activity 7v7 half field (3-2-1 vs 3-1-2)
Teams must connect 7 passes and use GK as support in order to be able to score
